Hello...would it be possible to have my orders reset, over the past few years I have gone over my limit due to reformatting and getting new computers and the like.  I figure this time I would download everything and save to disk so I won't have any further downloading problems.

 

Can you just reset set them or do you need order numbers from me in order to do this?
