Subject: I can download, but can't extract! (file invalid?)

Hello...

I ordered 3 file packages a couple years ago but didn't have any problem downloading or extracting them.

A little while ago, my hard drive with the files was wiped clean, and I lost them. I tried to download and extract them again from this site, but when I tried to extract, I get an error message that the file is invalid. Can anyone tell me what is going on? I am highly frustrated!

It may be a problem with Windows built-in ZIP support or whatever you're using to unpack the files, so it would be worth trying with another ZIP handler e.g. 7-Zip. The advantage of using another program is that you can use the file test option to get more detail on what (if anything) may be wrong with the file.

Well, now isn't this just sucky...

My internet connection keeps breaking off while I'm trying to download order #111671340, so now I've exceeded my downloads for it because I keep trying to grab it.

 

Any way you could reset it again, please? Thanks...this really...really...sucks...
