Is thier any african textures for miki 2 about, as miki 1 no prob or other characters, but a pain trying find miki 2 african.

Try Rendercandy.com - they have a lot of ethnic - mostly African - characters & textures.

If you can't find the stuff you want, you can make your own very easily using rendo's shader (procedurals) freebies like Sasha Fashion's Marrissa, put in your Miki texture maps replacing the existing ones. The play around with various grey shades in the diffuse color channel.  Jan  

Put an HSV node between the texture and diffuse color.

From any texture you can create your own African skin this way.

H = Hue
S = Saturation
V = value, = darker or whiter. => Play with V untill satisfied., start with 0.2-0.3 somewhere.

I can't find anything closer than this. To me she looks more Indian than African.

There have been a few african textures around for Miki 2, Rebelmommy had Aria, Syltermermaid had Pam, and there was Keesha, i bought it from CP but that was the old site. The vendor was studioartfx but at their store http://www.studioartfx.com it is also not available. Sorry for bad news.

I have Syyd's Samira too but she is for Miki 1020 (P6).

This is an image of Miki that I just made using Saha_Fashions' Marissa, a freebie from Rendo. Image maps  4, 5 and 6 is the body texture map for Miki.  You will need to do the same with the face using Miki's face texture map.

In the PoserSurface Diffuse_Color channel, I used a light shade of grey, darker the shade, the darker the skin tones will be...

Or you can convert textures using Texture Convertor 2, found @ DAZ, from V4 to Miki2.  The Miki 2 render is sporting a reciecup (excellent artist for Afro skin textures) skin texture conversion from one of her freebies.  I had to recreate a bump map in Photoshop, and BB's VSSPR4 supplied the shader mapping for a more realistic image.
