Subject: Anyone tried vue 5 Infinite on win7 ULTIMATE ?

Lyne ( ) posted Thu, 15 September 2011 at 10:29 PM · edited Fri, 31 January 2025 at 8:57 PM

My son built me a 32 bit win7 machine, with Win7 Ultimate for backward compatibility..and I do run my really old software on it fine... and I know I will probably have to just install vue and try it... kinda hoping.. I put SO much money into that vue and am betting my new VERY high powered computer could do great things with it, if it runs.

Otherwise, is vue 8 still available? I really must have a vue that will import poser figures/clothes/morphs as that is sort of (for me) the point.

thanks for any opinions, information

Version 5 should work just as it did on WinXP back in the day.  Contact e-on if the activation needs to be done manually.

Tried installing Vue 7 inf on win 7 and it wouldn't complete the install. Wonder what I'm doing wrong.

If you switch to the Compatibility Wizard it should install just fine.
