Hello,
You are getting this code because for whatever reason your finacial institution is not processing the transaction.
You will need to contact your financial institution to find out the reson they are not letting the order go through.

I understand what you are saying but for some reason your financial institution is not allowing the transaction at Renderosity to go through.
It still may allow other transctions to go through which is why you would need to call them because only they themselves can tell you why they are not allowing it to be processed.

Hi there,
I tried to buy two products on yesterday and today, but I always get the message
"There was a problem processing your card Verisign response code was 12, which means: Declined "
I really wonder why, as this cards works fine on other places in the moment. Any ideas?
