Ok i have a Character in a pose without moving only her face is supposed to move for 400 frames then from frame 401 to 800 the rest of the body is supposed to move! Well that would be nice but after if i play it back the whole body moves between frame 1-399 in all kinds of direction pretty gross. How do i make the body not move and only the face or another part of the anatomy! Im stumped. Its driving me crazy! Please help!

Please post this to the 3D Animation Forum section as well. They can probably get heavy into keyframes and editing over there. There's a link to it on the sideBar ---> Looks like you might have added a keyframe of arm movement by mistake -JH.

Just to expand on that a bit, after deleting the arm frames, click the little triangle next to the name of the figure on the animation palette (at the top of all the other elements of the figure), and you'll see it works like a directory, now showing only the figure name. Click on the keyframe for the first frame for the figure, and set the keyframe for all elements. Now click on the Break Spline option. Then do the same for the last key frame of the animation. That'll set the keyframe and break the spline for all elements of the figure.
