Where are the independant stores?

a nice list but some of these appear outdated now. For instance, what happened to polymage.com?

She has some things at Daz. But things that she partnered up with someone on are not there and to my knowledge aren't being sold anywhere. A friend of mine contacted her about perhaps arranging a private sale for something and she was told the item is not for sale at this time and a subsequent mail never got a response.
