Subject: Detailed Automobile Interior

Does anyone know of some highly detailed interior automobile models.   It would be Ideal if they would work in Poser but something that could be converted with appropriated textures and such would be good as well.  I know there are a lot of car models out there and some actually have the rudiments of an interior but nothing that I would say matches what I seen for some of the  interior rooms I’ve seen here at Rendo marketplace.  Perhaps this is niche that needs to be filled.  Anybody else ever need a detailed car interior?

try over at Google 3DWarehouse

You will need to do the conversion from SKP into a format useable by Poser.

This place is a very good source for converting formats to other formats:

TIGS OBJ exporter over at Sketchuation.com tis free and works well. you'll need to register on the forums, but it's worth doing for the knowledge and few hundred free Ruby addons for SKetchup, Free and Pro (99% of the Ruby's work in Free)

OK. I have a follow up question.   I found some highly detailed models of vehicles for both interior and exterior at places like Flat Pyramid and 3D Studio.  Many of these models support .obj formats.  Other than the price are there other concerns about trying to use these models in Poser?  For example are the poly counts to high?  Is it more trouble than it's worth to try and import them into Poser?

Poser can handle high poly meshes, so using this models should be possible. You will have to re-do the materials, though.
