Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 04 10:34 pm)
You will need to contect them directly for that information. There are many variables that contribute to the render. Lighting and material room set up. Now, many of their renders may have been performed in over Poser versions; but the most important aspect between the regular versions and the Pro series is gamma correction. A similar setup created for regular Poser will not behave the same under Pro with Gc render.
They also include custom light sets with some of their products, which would probably also go a long way towards achieving the "look" of their renders, which I have to agree are pretty unique and special.

There is a predominant issue with these settings. All the images posted only take the classic Poser version into account, there is no Pro version setting addressing gamma correction which is a rendering option in the Pro series and will definitely offset any light settings AlfaSeed recommends. I would suggest to reset render Gc to 1, then proceed as recommended. Otherwise, you will get rather different results.

I am just in love with the renders Alfaseed does. Anyone know what render settings they use for poser pro 2012? They are perfect for a project i am working on!
