Subject: Support from me as a content creator

Propschick ( ) posted Sun, 04 December 2011 at 12:40 PM · edited Tue, 26 November 2024 at 8:25 AM

I just want to let all customers know, and potential customers, if you EVER have an issue with any of my products, or my store, you are more than welcome to send me a friendly site mail, and I will DO everything I can to make sure you walk away feeling good about my products or my store. My creations are for you to enjoy and I feel it's my duty to make sure you enjoy them hassle free.

The reason I am making this post, is recently a few people who shop in my store don't seem to think treating content creators with respect and treating them like people is necessary. I have received a few site mails and emails lately from abusive people who don't bother to have a conversation with me and just lash out nastily immediately. That's uncalled for and not appreciated. I am a human being just like everyone else and there's no reason to treat someone in an abusive manner for no reason whatsoever. So, with that being said, I have children, a family, a life, I work hard at my creations, and I am just as easy going as anyone else. Don't ever think I'm unapproachable.....I welcome helping anyone who contacts me. Just don't send me a nasty message or angry email and expect a positive result. I can tolerate a crabby tone, but cannot tolerate nastiness.

I will continue to do the best I can to help each and every one of you and this will not change due to some unpleasant people. But please, when you contact a vendor, try to be nice to them.  It's appreciated and kindness goes a LONG way in this business !

Thank you!

Ever stop to think, and forget to start again?

Dear Propschick

I  love Your Products. They are High Quality and the Ideas behind are great. Bought Your latest Product and the other is on my wishlist now. Have other stuff from You from the other stores and they are great.

I am sorry to hear that You received that bad and rude Mails ;-( You haven´t deserve such treatment and behavior. For me I can say, I had a great and nice conversation with You here via Sitemail for a product I bought at DAZ. Thanks again for that help. So I do communicate with all vendors on a friendly way and with some I am friend since years... You all do a great work and have much heartblood in Your products.

Please, please keep up Your good work. Unfortunately it seems if I read the forum, there are some vendors, that do not support and answer. So it is much more worth that You do, and if people treat You with bad words, that is not fair.

Stay the way You are. I am Fan of Your Stuff You do alone or with others...

May I aske You which of Your fantastic chars You used at the Promos from the Rockabella outfit and where to buy it in Your store? She is awesome.

Please don´t let stupid people make You mad... Yours Patty

Dear Propschick,

you are a very lovely lady to know and very generous too.

I have ALWAYS got help from you when needed, your answers are quick and helpful.

I do not understand why people can be so nasty.

Just because they bought from you does not mean you are there sklave and have to be there for them at all times.

Please know that I and many others do apreciate what you gusy * Vendors * do and we do not take you for gratend and vica verca:)

Petra

Wow.  I'm really sorry that happened.

I've had contacts from customers for tech support.  So far the worst anyone has been is clueless. :D

It sounds like you really drew the short straw and I'm very sorry that happened.  But look on the bright side.  Most customers aren't like that, and the few that are are much more likely to show up when you've sold lots of products.  It's annoying, but at least it's a penalty of success rather than an indication of failure.

I add that my customers (or potential customers - I do answer questions about products in my store) are always welcome to contact me for support, questions and comments as well.

I love your creations Propschick and have lots of them to prove it! lol

I've never had a problem with any of them so have not had any need to contact you. I'm sorry to hear you are having undeserved hassle. :( However, I am sure the majority of your customers are happy. Thank you for reminding us about your support should we need it.
