Seems there's lots of these going around lately.. Even Rendo site mail isn't safe from spammers...  sigh

I did not respond, and used the Report Spam option, but was pretty sure the last time I brought one of these up, I was asked to do it again should it happen again.  But I could be remembering it wrong, so if I am, my apologies. :-)

Hey I might send ya a sitemail like that, yeah I"ve been known to just site mail strangers out of the blue before, especially if I see something in your store or gallery I liked, and have a question or want permissions etc... so if you get something from me, it's legit and not spam. ;)
