Subject: When Will Voluptuous Vicky Or super model Vicky have Clothes that fit?

Mesh_Magick ( ) posted Sun, 26 August 2001 at 1:24 PM · edited Tue, 26 November 2024 at 8:30 AM

First the cat suit fits chunky Vicky not Voluptuous Vicky Or supermodel Vicky, Then when you get into things like the Jeans the olegs are kinda heavy. Anyone think it is a good Idea for morphs to be made for these Vicky Figures?

Actually Supermodel Vickie has some great clothes for sale at bbay. And I don't own Volumptuous Vickie but didn't BillieT make a lot of clothes to fit her? I just wish somone would make some for Massive Mike. Marque

Gee, I don't think VV has ever been seen with clothes, but SMV and SMMV have a whole line of clothing, as Marque mentioned, and as you can see, the fit is pretty good! More to come, too, and there will be really-tight-lowslung-jeans-like-all-the-girls-wear in the next group. I don't know if SMV's clothing will fit any other characters, I sort of doubt it, as she is different all over, she isn't just Vickie with a big chest or whatever.

Next question is Super model Vicky better then Voluptuous Vicky ?

Eowyn ( ) posted Sun, 26 August 2001 at 2:37 PM

At least she looks more natural. I don't like VV at all, I can't stand oversized boobs like that :) But, that's just my personal preference.

I wont buy anything at B bay, I can't stand having to go through hell to buy anything there. Ill wait indefinitly before buying anything on B bay.

Marque ( ) posted Sun, 26 August 2001 at 3:44 PM

I have never had a problem ordering from Bbay. If you don't want to use a credit card go through Paypal. I have used both, but mainly use the credit card option now. Sherry is one of the nicest most professional people I have dealt with and although I have sometimes ordered through Paypal late at night she makes customer service her priority, I have yet to wait very long to get my order filled. With the credit card option it's filled right away. Sorry you're having a problem there Mesh, maybe you should check it out again as you are missing out on some great stuff. Marque

I can back up Marque there, I've used Bbay a few times now & always found it easy & hassle free, both with credit card and PayPal, ok, you have to wait a while for payment confirmation but never very long. P.S In case you're looking in on this Jim, I haven't forgotten those smv clothing textures, just juggling projects at the moment but I'm on it :O) Brian

Voluptous Vicki characters have been seen wearing clothes. Take a look at the images "Country Girl and "Ready To Go" that I have posted in the gallery. Both images use a Voluptuous Vicki character, using clothes that were not specifically created for Voluptuous Vicki. Voluptuous Vicki comes with clothing magnets adjust the clothing to fit. In this picture, the cami was fitted using the Voluptuous Vicki magnets. Yes, the straps need adjustment, but a couple of magnets can take care of that. In defense of Wyrmmaster, he does state that the product is not recommended for novice users. From the Voluptuous Vicki product page: "Familiarity with the following is highly recommended before you buy Voluptuous Vicki: Morphs, Magnets, Textures, Transmaps, and the Poser Library File System."

Not to seem too rude, but I would like to also remind everone that Victoria 2 does not fit the base cloting pack either. If it was not for 3dWizard, I would not have been able to do the attached image. This time, the breasts are a combination of the V2 BreastSize8 morph and Voluptuous Vicki. I used the Voluptuous Vicki magnets, 3dWizard's clothing magnet for the BreastSize8 morph, and a custom magent to adjust the cami some in between the breasts.

I just created a tutorial today on how to create a less-endowed Voluptuous Vicki, as shown above. I sent email to Wyrmmaster to ask him to review it. I think the best part of the magnet system that makes Voluptuous Vicki possible is the gravity prop. OK. Now I'll get off my soap box :^)

A couple of answers. Yes VV has been seen in clothes. Billy T has made several items just for her, as well as Catj making multiple textures for her. Also, ALL of the upper body clothing fits her. The lower body clothing I am still working on. Her breasts are adjustable as far as size, and many use her with smaller breasts. There are also other clothing manufactures that make "adjustable" clothing to fit. Here are more tips/links ref VV and Clothing http://www.witchesandwyrms.com http://www.renderosity.com/~wyrmm/ThirdPartyClothing.htm http://www.renderosity.com/~wyrmm/Slide7.JPG http://www.renderosity.com/~wyrmm/Slide3.JPG

Ha, VV does wear clothing, at least once in awhile! As to "Next question is Super model Vicky better then Voluptuous Vicky", I can't answer that of course, but I'd love to see some comments by other that have both. VV surely wins in the chest size department anyway, SMV's and SMMV's default chests are actually smaller then the default Vickie! Anyway, one advantage of doing both the figures and the clothing is I can anticipate the clothing requirements in the figure, thus I updated the figure with a "corset" morph before I did the bustier set that uses it, as shown.

For those who don't think that VV fits in cloths. As for which model is more attractive, I think they both are. I also think the need to get together and do a cross promotional photo shoot. What do you think, Jim?

Jim Burton ( ) posted Tue, 28 August 2001 at 10:32 AM

A photo shoot sounds like a great idea, all we need to do if find somebody that has both figures (and all the clothing!) to do it. That purple hair really looks great, BTW, is it real or memorex (post production?) ;-)

Jim and Wyrm :) I bought both figures And I love working with both of them. I'd be willing to do a photoshoot but I have to buy some more of the clothing Items first. I'm saving up for Jim's SMV clothing pack. at 35 bucks it's an awesome deal but medical and car bills have eaten my income for a small while. After I get caught up tho, lookout! :) AR

Supermodel Vickie says VV still wins, but she is trying ;-) This is Implants = 1 and Super Cleavage = 1, as you can see the clothing still fits (it has matching morphs, of course). They are only tested to 1.000 though, after that you are on your own.

WyckedDreamz ( ) posted Tue, 22 January 2002 at 9:01 PM
