If you have not heard from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know

Yesterday I purchased the Digital Tailor Stockings Part 1 by Fugazi1968 ...
But unforunate I can not open/view any of the tutorial video's on my Mac.
So I would like to have my money a. $10.00 back 'cause this way it's absolute useless to me.
