Hi, I wanna export .OBJ files from XFrog program to poser and there is posibility to export OBJ MTL file and COL file. with XFrog I work in Windows, and with Poser in MAC.

Thank sfor your help

You should just use MTL option when you export an OBJ from Xfrog.  Poser doesn't use COL files for anything.

Personally, I export as Lightwave 6.5 format because mapping is better

And the poser will open Lightwave format normaly?

If you would go to the trouble of looking at the import menu, you can see all the formats that Poser can use

If you are only using medium distance or background views it would be easier to use the billboards in Xfrog applied to a primitive square prop in Poser

Of course, quality is subjective measure.  If needing very high quality, I would consider something by Evermotion.

But keep in mind, export from Xfrog is not just "one-click" operation.  I have found OBJ export almost unusable because way material zone handled.  3DS export no better because it truncates names to 8 letters.  LWO export is best of lot.  But some processing needs done after import, mainly concerning opacity maps.  Poser cannot directly use the Alpha channel from a TIFF, so you have to make transmap somehow if not furnished as such.  I usually copy alpha channel out to new file and save as PNG for to use as transparency map.
