Subject: Hair painting question..

OK.. I've decided to make an attempt at painting curly hair. I guess what I'm wondering is if its harder to paint curls than straight hair? So far I think I'm getting better at painting that style but I see so many great renders with curls and I'd like to give it a shot...

Can anyone give me some pointers or tips on how I should go about doing it?

Please and thank you :)

you might want to take a look at this lady's portfolio here http://rach-resources.deviantart.com/gallery/

she has some very simple hair painting tutorials.

you need to join to see them, but the membership is free.
