Subject: my figure becomes many times bigger !!!

davedoo ( ) posted Sat, 28 January 2012 at 11:28 AM · edited Thu, 07 November 2024 at 9:46 PM

Hi, I created a custom character saved it into the library.

The next time I load it into scene, it scale is many times bigger !!! ????

Why is this happening ? How do I have it back to Adult Height ?

I'm using Poser pro 2012.

Thanks !

You have to export an .obj at the inverse of how you imported it into your 3d editing program.  If you import at 10x, you need to export it at .1.

Maybe it came over to my Mom's house for Thanksgiving Dinner.

That's what happened to me as well.

I read save to library, not export obj.

Please deconfuse the group.

What exactly was done?

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

Thanks guys.

Don't know exactly what I had done wrong but I  try redoing everything step by step carefully this time and the issue gone.

Thing is, we don't know what you were doing so we can't exactly tell you what happened or what to avoid next time.

You are right. I didn't recalled exactly what I've gone thru. So I decided to redo it :)
