you could always export the anim as image files then recompile them in reverse order , dunno if that helps

bvhacker is a free bvh editing software that has many usefull features...i have found it to work well with .bvh files exported from poser...export your animation from poser in the.bvh format .... import it into bvhacker and reverse it... then reimport it back into poser on the last frame of your animation, after doing this do a preview render to make sure things are as you want them ,edit as needed, then save the entire animation in the pose library where it can be added whenever you like, i dont recomend including morphs in the pose library...also morphs are not included in the bvh export so twist ,bend and side to side body morphs are ignored, so avoid using these... use the standard translation dials instead

I suspect one can highlight the relevant items in the Animation Palette; and (for Windows users) press Ctrl-C to copy into the Clipboard.
The clipboard contains ascii text with lines for each frame and actor.
It would be simple to write an app which could read the clipboard, reverse the entries; and then paste back into the Windows clipboard. Then, the User could only 'paste' the results back into the Animation Window.
don't forget the basic memorize /restore features under the edit menu... a simple often overlooked function, we aren't all python aficionado's, some of work under the 'KISS' principal.....
not casting aspersions not meaning to offend, but for those who aren't familiar with 'KISS": keep it simple stupid.... i happen to fit into this category myself... there are a few talented individuals ,gifted you may say, who can solve these problems mathematically, others like myself have to find mechanical, methodical solutions... sometimes we loose track of the fact that Poser was software made originally by artists for artists, the vast majority of people buy the software for the purpose of making art... only wanting to express their artistic visions, having little interest in what makes it tick, we may want to consider this... the software is a fairly simple interface enabling millions of artists to continue to impress us with their art, sometimes we get so involved with learning the technicalities we never get around to doing the thing we started out to do, creating ART.

Anyone know if it's possible to create an animation cycle in Poser where you create a motion, then cycle it backwards and forwards to create a loop? In the same way 2D programs like Toonboom and Anime Studio allow?
