I just bitched at PFO

Why?

Because since i started goign to PFO i have been put down by e-mails adn shit from the members and well another member was rude to em ealier and it was last straw and i am also tried PFO haveing a problem wiht renderosity. they need to move on.

The same thing happened to me, the very first time I posted there. All I did was mention Renderosity, (not knowing the history....still don't) I still visit over there, I just have not made any more posts since then. I figure, if what-ever happened is so bad, I really don't want to get involved, not worth the headache. genny

Entering a Forum is like entering someone's livingroom. You shouldn't insult the host, make a mess on the floor, or leave a bad smell after you've gone. Since we can't read body language or facial expressions, we should try to be polite until we know what the rules of the Forum are, and if the host is senstitive to certain subjects or has certain issues or principles, we should be able to acknowledge them gracefully, even if we do not exactly share them. The people who provide these Forums have invested a lot of time, energy, and money into making places for us. The least we can do is be good guests. Carolly

Hi, Well, those of us who know, (or at least think they know :) what went on, when Edgenet took over, shouldn't be suprised by the bitterness that others still feel towards them, you'll find the reasons in the archives I'm sure if you look hard enough. Unless of course they've been purged, and given the flames/site wars that this has caused in the past I wouldn't be suprised if they had. Personally I think they behaved badly, (Edgenet) but they provide a good site, and both the store and the "free stuff" are great resources, but I also understand that others have longer memories... later jb

Seriously, I think it's pretty pathetic that they are rude and harrass someone just because they don't like the sites you visit. What a bunch of losers. Can't we at least moon them or something... ;)
