Well we're working on it, can't give out details as of yet, on anything really LOL! but a few of us got together and are trying to get ya'll some stuff where you will go wow cool I needed that for a long time type of deal. and of course its not gonna be free, but it will be at a cheap price, a helluva lot of good stuff for you to use. Whattya think, leave some feedback with ideas of anything you might want to see in the content bundle.

Any ideas of what are on the majority's top list of things, besides charcters? yunno bridges, rooms, cups, yunno stuff you don't have time to make or don't know how to make. Comment on here and we''ll try and get it done in a bundle, we have a time closure of 8 days from now to get this out, if your suggestion isn't in there don't be discouraged, but we will do the best we can.

HAHAHA Bobby, thats not happening yet, this is just a content/preset thing, but should render just fine in "normal" types of scenes, everyone remember Bryce is a "true raytracing app" so things will be slow depending on your puter's processor(s) speed.

I'm probably in the minority on this, but I'm not that interested in complete objects & prefer abstract or biological or mechanical shapes & parts that I can then assemble myself into whatever I want to create (which generally falls into the fantasy, sci-fii or surreal realms). Sort of advanced primitives. I create some for myself, but am basically lazy & not terribly talented when it comes to modelling, so am willing to pay others who are more skillful. But will definitely check out your content bundle when it becomes available, even if it doesn't include those kinds of things...

You can sell my gallery.  It's ok.

More water stuff would be cool for me and more cloud stuff too.  Textures, surfaces, tuts.  Maybe some sci-fi planetary stuff too.

I just couldn't resist clay...it's the renderer that keeps me from doing as much Bryce as I'd like and in fact still haven't reinstalled since my re install after my computer got taken over....loooong story...maybe do that tomorrow

Clay..everything.. just everything you can think of.. baskets and newspapers, and foodie stuff, and oh..yes.. cloth.. cloth i can manipulate.. cld never do that in poser.. and i have a project that needs cloth, and ships, and bridges, and birds, and blossom trees (sorry... in london..and all i see are flowers  in bloom and crazy art work...) and oh..like tom said..the more the merrier...

LOL! Well actually we never sleep, I run on about 4 hrs of sleep a day, to many things to do besides sleep.

How about more tree presets and/or tree billboards that don't have that "made in Bryce jointed look".

What probs are you having with the instancing?

It is buggy a bit still, but this thread is about content so when development starts back on Bryce its one of the top issues.

I am glad to hear that.   My problem is I cannot instance but a few plants before it craps out.

I can always use more metal materials.  Riveted panel surfaces is one.  Also more volume materials.  A volume bubble material for underwater would be cool.  And more foliage and ground cover.

I have a cool mat I made that imitates Iridescence like you would see on bubbles and camera lenses and such, yunno the rainbow effect. As for foliage and such thats just download stuff anyone can get on the web, we're doing Bryce made models for the most part some other models of course that can't be done in Bryce but trying to keep real:-)

The "make art" button that most non-Bryce users tell me that we have.

Maybe you can make a tutorial on how to find that button.

option+shift+click+command+alt+alt again+F9+F8 then a Bryce fairy will show up and grant you only 3 wishes <;-)

Got it downloaded Tom, looks cool, here's the best way (in my opinion) to acheive this effect, post production using After Effects or similar programs, if it just gonna be a still image use photoshop or painter or whatever, but if its animated you would save yourself a LOOOOOOOOOT of render time doing it in post production, make your base scene then add all the bells and whistles in post.

Agent and I are not associated.. he hangs out at different bars than I do..when I do those key commands I get a lil fairy that makes everything NOT ok LMAO!!!

I sent you a scene not an image...   did you get an image only??   If I did i'll need to resend...    but yes, post work does puts the luster on things... I never had CS5 just started to look into it...  I have Paintshop Pro and Painter to do my post work..

As for more objects...I agree some excellent Materials are needed and More tree's(Some Lowpoly tree's will be in Bryce Content Bundle 2)I also would like to see more water presets like "Hobbit"uses in all his artwork...

It's typical DAZ to make the Bryce Fairy only give out three wishes

Nice trees.  I like going the 2D route when I can.

If somebody could model some really good crashing waves for Bryce, that would be great!  And a tut that shows how to make a water plane texture to get a ring of whitecaps around islands.

David Brinnen is the one to ask over at DAZ about the water foam...He has it down pat I never could get it to work right...

David Brinnen is awesome.  I find myself opening his materials and trying to figure out how he does what he does.

Karl, just sign up at Daz3d to be a published artist, send them some of your work and follow their guidlines of what they want, image samples etc etc, and if they accept that then you can sell your stuff on their site doesn't cost you anything, they will take a percentage of the sales and you get the rest. And you are most welcome with the transparent background issue, I'm glad it worked out for you and your client, always feels good when a client drools and likes what you did for them LOL!:-)

I would like to see more realistic terrain mats, never have enuff of those.

The hooker is definitely from Daz  because she wants a lot more than she is worth :)

Beware of strange key combinations - Clay may jump out of the screen at you.
