Anyone have any idea which person that the character moprh is supposed to be modeled after? I swear I recognize the guy but it's not ringing any bells.

Looks like a cross of Capt. Jack Sparrow, Lenny Kravitz, That guy from Game of thrones, and Prince.

I know this is OTT.  He is in the movie The Hunger Games playing the character, Cinna which sounds like it is going to be really good.
