I think you just adjust it with the Trans and Scale dials until it fits! Although if you're talking about the standard issue P4 hair that comes with Poser, you can get free, already prepared versions from Daz. I don't remember exactly where it is on their site, maybe on the Vicky 2 page, down towards the bottom? It'll say "P4 hair conversion" or something.

Whoops, it's on the Victoria Hair page (all the Hair pages, actually). It's called "P4 Hair to Millenium Hair" (catchy, huh?). But if you're talking about some other hair, like Kozaburo's, just trans and scale. And if you're not using Koz's hair, what the hell's wrong with you?!? Go down to the Web Ring Top 15 on the sidebar here and click on "Digital Babes". Best hair you'll ever find. And it's free!!

The hair converter x2000 mentions only works on the default hair that comes with poser. It also prepares it for millenium girl. If you look in the readme files of some hair it'll tell you how to convert it. then you can use the same recipe for your other hair. of course you'll forget or loose your recipe later because once it's converted you will promptly save it to your hair library. next time i do this i'll put the recipe in the tutorial section.
