Man....to see all the traffic flying over the US and Europe it's amazing that there are no crashes, but I'll bet there have been a lot of near misses.

fun 1:12...thanks

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Quote - amazing shot from space..

It would be if it was, Tom271, but I think you'll find that it's a simulation - that image - (without the swarming yellow bees part) is the world map that you can download from loads of places on the net, I've often used it myself in space scenes when I want the Earth in the scene.

Thanks Bryster, I loved looking at it - but I found that I could have 2 separate and conflicting feelings about it:

1st - how satisfying to see how the UK is still a hub of commerce and communication - with all those yellow bees arrowing in on the UK!

and

2nd - how frightening to think of all that polution - arrowing in on the UK!

I thought it was cool to see the flight volumes change from time zone to time zone as the earth rotated into daylight.
