Subject: Good Vampire Teeth? Free or Not

Ragtopjohnny ( ) posted Thu, 05 April 2012 at 5:27 PM · edited Sun, 24 November 2024 at 8:29 AM

Hey all ---

I was wondering if there were any good vampire teeth out there.  Free or not, doesn't make much of a difference.

I need them to be realistic, especially for the biting poses.

Thanks again everyone! 😄

Ain't there an available morph on the figure you're using?  IIRC, the Mill 2 and 3 figures had them included.  Seems a strange feature to leave out of later models if that's the case, seeing as how vampires are more popular than just about anything right now.

For which figure?

D'oh!  That might help, wouldn't it?  It's for V4.  I'll have to look at the morphs too.  Like Sam said, vamps are more popular than EVER right now.....

I'm pretty sure V4 has them - one of the head morphs IIRC

Thanks Frank --- I was looking for them, couldn't find them oddly -- ended up spending 5.00 for slide3d's poses and teeth, since I'll need poses too.  5.00?  Not a bad deal. 😄

The V4 vampire teeth are part of the Morph++ pack.  Using BB's shaders will make them realistic enough.

D'oh --- after spending 5.00.  Oh well, but I will use BB's shaders for them.  It will surely look cool after I get to that point in the story line.  Thanks hborre! 😄

V3 also has vampire teeth. If you want True Blood style vamp teeth-StudioArtVartanian has Bill and Eric from True Blood. Most vamp teeth are elongated canine's whereas True Blood Vamps have the next pair inwards.

Don't know if any "Buffy" or Angel style teeth are available.

Vamps-they are everywhere these days.

We are only missing a Vampire "reality series"- I'm surprised no one has come up with a fictional Vamp reality series. How about a Vampire Musical comedy called "Teeth?"

BTW: I can't stand "reality series"-but some of my favorite shows have vamps- True Blood, Being Human- and I recently started watching the entire Buffy series-thanks to NetFlix-I'm finding it quite entertaining. I missed all but the last handful of episodes when it was in it's original showing.

If you haven't found the vampire teeth included in the V4 Morph, the easiest way is to click on the upper jaw for the upper teeth morphs and on the lower jaw for the lower teeth morphs. You can also adjust the teeth vertically and horizontally using the same method...Jan

Looking for Vampire teeth, or sharp canines?  Definitely in the Morph++ pack as seen in the image.  Rendered in PP2012, the teeth shaders contain SubSurfaceScatter which unfortunately cannot be used in P8.  However, if you use Bagginsbill's VSS skin shaders, you will get close to similar results.  One spotlight, 85% intensity, raytrace; rendered with gamma correction.
