Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 11 12:18 am)
I am grateful that I am not a Poser shoe fetishist, because I have the same problem. I often try to put on high heeled shoes, give up, and pull out PhilC's shoe designer, because shoes made with that always fit.
Poser 11 Pro, Windows 10
Auxiliary Apps: Blender 2.79, Vue Complete 2016, Genetica 4 Pro, Gliftex 11 Pro, CorelDraw Suite X6, Comic Life 2, Project Dogwaffle Howler 8, Stitch Witch
Let us know which version of Poser you are using. That makes a big difference. In Poser Pro 2012 it is very important to have "include morphs when conforming" and "include scales when conforming" checked in the Body, Properties tab. For shoes, this is reallly important.
Poser Pro 2012 SR3
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Intel Core I7 990x 3.46G 6 core
24G RAM
EVGA GTX580 R Video Card
Single HP LP2475 1920x1200 monitor

Gee, I wish this forum came with a Thanks button. Anyway, Thanks, ToxicWolf!

So sorry I do tend to forget that part. I am using Windows 7, Poser Pro 2010, 64 bit.
Sometimes I can get them to almost fit with no poke through, but then part of the shoe is going through the floor, even though I have used drop to floor.
I really don't get to use poser as much as I would like to, between work and doing assignments for my second masters degree I'm left with little time, oh and plus I have a thirty page story deadline at the end of every eight weeks so that eats up most of my time on the weekends.
Well maybe one day when I hit the lotto, I'll be able to play all day and never have to owe my time to anyone.
Thank you for all of your help.
Lisa

no, remove the .doc & save it as a pz2. the forum here doesn't allow posting attachments other than doc or txt (or pictures)so that's the workaround.

Is there one pose that seems to work best for everyone when fitting highheels to V4?
I seem to have the worse time fitting shoes to my figures, I've tried zero figure, drop to floor and conform to, but still it takes forever and I'm still not 100% happy with what it comes out to be.
Thanks for any help, cause I'm tired of beating myself up over this one.
