Hasn't he just....I'm gob smacked by that image....

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Wow that's just a stuning combination of modeling and texturing. Tons of detail.

Bobby, it is not Bryce, hence my statement "This isn't Bryce..."  and Rochr comment "Cinema4D, Maxwell Render & Photoshop."

Rudy was a long time Brycer but has moved on to more powerful software.  Some of his mats and skys are included in Bryce Content packages.

Go back to around 2005 in his gallery to view some of his Bryce only images.  You will still be blown away.

I was wondering where he went.  The last image I remember was for some ice castle and he also work on the art project with the animated loop of zooming from one art peice to another.

I take my hat off.  'tis been a while since you have been to this forum.

I hope all has been well with you.  Have you been commissioned for any projects lately?

Yea, Rochr is one of my all time favorite artist, the man is amazing and a good friend. He always has time to answer a question if you send him an e-mail and he is not one to blow smoke about someones talent. If he thinks your good he will say so! I like his honesty and his abilities in Bryce and the other CG programs he uses is nothing but amazing! On my website I have a list of my favorite artists that I admire and he is on that list with a very select group of artist that I have admire over the years and have the utmost respect for. The link that you give of his latest work is just another example of his talents!

Cheers,

David
