Subject: The moon closest to earth.

the moon was closest to the earth tonight.

Two of a few captures captured of the moon using my fujifilm super zoom digital camera. It was fully zoomed (720mm) Got much better results with it then with my Canon DSLR camera and 300mm lens. I cropped this captures as well and i must say i am amazed with the fujifilm. the camera was mounted on a tripod as well.

So beautiful the moon is. I have tried to capture the moon before, but that is not what I do best, said in a gentle way :)

I believe the time is tonight, May 5th, for that condition, but it probably won't be much different; 9:30 pm for Alberta. Nice photos!
