Huh!? Say What? Please forgive the OT digression here, but you surprised me with the info about Maz's program. Is it correct that "Mover" encoded files cannot be sold without additional license arrangements? Not selling anything -- so no probs -- just hadn't picked-up on that significant little tidbit before and, until you mentioned it, would have jolly-well gone right ahead and used it without a second thought. (Frightening! Could have unknowingly bought myself a ticket to the Shunning & Lynching department.) ON TOPIC... seconding Jaager's suggestion. One of Mr. Cox's new-fangled .UVS data files sounds like the easiest & most efficient way to distribute the mesh's new mapping info. They are tiny files and simple to use on both ends.
why not contact Daz themselves and see what they say? Or see if it is covered in their FAQ. Best answer always comes from the source and they broker remapped items as well so they should have an answer.

Hi Guys, I only just spotted this thread having been rebuilding my computer for a couple of weeks. Yes, Mover currently has a 'no commercial use' clause. However, everybody who has e-mailed me directly has been granted permission to use it temporarily on a commercial basis for free. maz@sandylodge.demon.co.uk The permission is only temporary because I am working on a new version that will have extra features specially designed for commercial use. There will be a charge for this but for non commercial use it will still be free. However, it has taken a lot longer than I expected to get this version finished. The first half of took 90% of the time I estimated for the job and the second half will probably take the other 90%.

I have created an outfit for victoria using a remapped version of the catsuit that comes with the vicky clothing pack from DAZ3d. But, how would I go about putting it into a clothing pack that I want to sell? You need the remapped catsuit to use the textures. The only difference between DAZ's and mine is how it is mapped. WOuld it be legal to encode the OBJ file with mover? Any help with this would be helpful. TNX thenodemaster
