What version of FF are you using Richard?

Also, have you tried doing a hard refresh of your browser? {CTRL + F5}

I do not think a refresh will do any good. I am using 12.0 FF. this morning I selected the wrong gallery and then changed it immediately to poser and a nudity tag.I did the same thing yesterday to bypass it

my first thought that parental control was causing a problem but it is not not on for firefox and norton

thanks for your reply

Jeeze whiz..Im hearing this more and more about FF 10 and up...all sorts of issues {I had major ones where I couldn't even see images here on Rendo with FF 10, and finally had to revert back to 3.6...}

You probably won't want to do it LOL..but have you tried or will you try, using a lower version of FF than 10 and see if it clears up?

I can't upload any image in IE, either to the Gallery or to upload a new product.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

it worked this morning with changing the gallery. who knows what crazy things that can go on with a computer and the "operator"

I do appreciate your help

Ian, try using Firefox 'under' version 10 and see if that fixes it..what version of IE are you using? Have you recently upgraded the version?

Firefox works.

I haven't upgraded IE consciously, but of course Microsoft updates all the time in the background. If nothing on the site has changed, then something in IE has, creating an incompatibility.

Although my posts have been almost ignored in the Vendors Support forum, this seems to me like a urgent problem. How many casual users, even potential vendors, are going to be put off by this? Not everyone will be willing to install a second browser just to use Renderosity. Give it a try, doesn't work, move on...

Am using FF 12 and don´t have any problems with uploading images and/or new products as a vendor, but I´ll also keep an eye on it.
