cool :)

have you made a TARDIS yet?

SamTherapy ( ) posted Fri, 01 June 2012 at 10:28 AM

Nope, not yet but I intend to, soon.  I don't know how I'd go about making the inside bigger than the outside, though.  :)

Think you need to figure out how to UV map a spherical panorama onto the inside of a rectangular box? Or something... (transmap for the door??)

Oh yeah, can' t remember if I said already... these Daleks are cool ;-)

Becco_UK has what is arguably the best Poser based model available.

That's the one I used in my last gallery upload... it's a nicely proportioned Tardis model I thought.

Redfern ( ) posted Fri, 01 June 2012 at 3:03 PM

Mick Imrie was kind enough to let me convert and distribute his TARDIS model years ago and then Little_Dragon rigged it as a .CR2 with an opening door and a pitch black "inner liner" to hide the backside of the surfaces.  And while I do smile when I see it used, even I recommend Becco's over the one I offer.

Sincerely,

Bill

There's also J Hoagland's TARDIS at [www.vanishingpoint.biz](http://www.vanishingpoint.biz)

Not as detailed as the others, it is perhaps more suited to a 'toon render.

Well, here's my first render with the STLB GS... they look fantastic Paul, amazing work!
