Okay, all. You guys are ALWAYS helpful. Well, I'm a sepcial (ed) case and i need everything explained individually to me. Especially some of this crazy lingo you guys use like "spline" and "boolean" and "sweep". If anyone is willing to work in depth with me to help me understand Carrara Studio or knows of any in-depth tutorials or books where it gives step-by-step info (i.e. telling me EXACTLY where to go, what to do, and how to do it, (EX: selection menu--->whatever)) that would be superb! I HOPE you guys can come through this time!

Neko. I am new to Carrara and found the Carrara 1 Bible a book by Doug Sahlin, to be a big help.Better then the Manual.Just my 2 cents worth.Dave

carrara 1 bible at amazon books USED BUT LIKE NEW is about 10 to 15.00 less. fyi also recently ordered one

Neko.....Just my two cents from another newbie to 3D. Try finding a copy of 3D Artist at your local Bookstore (It does have tutorials for Carrara often and you can get useful information about 3D in general.) Also as mentioned above the "Carrara Bible" is a great reference point to begin with. Also the www.tutorialfind.com has alot of 3D Information. And really cool Tutorials for a variety of Software.
