Subject: ECoSystem Painter dialog suddenly stops being displayed

Plutom ( ) posted Sun, 08 July 2012 at 4:28 PM · edited Thu, 21 November 2024 at 8:18 PM

I purchased Vue 10 Complete last week and up until just a couple of hours ago I was able to get the EcoSystem Painter Dialog to appear so I could load whatever plants etc I needed and to resize stuff to be used in ecopainting.  Now I can't get it to be displayed, just an X and a statement that I need to add an item from the Dialog.

Stuff I have tried:  Cleaned out cache, temp files, etc, purged memory in Complete

Shut down my computer for awhile, brought it up again and loaded

                              Vue 10 Complete again

uninstalled Vue 10 complete and all content files

Still have the problem

Operating System is MS Vista with 6GBytes of RAM and a quad

Video card is not the best however it worked just fine until a few hours ago

Any ideas....Jan

Okay Snarly found the problem for me, the Ecopainter dialog was hidden BELOW the Microsoft Taskbar... did a autohide and it pop up again saying you dun found me.  Gad such a tiny itty bitty task bar hiding that whopper.  Well heck it is a TARDIS...LOL...Jan
