Subject: MrsLubner (PK) - leaving the staff body

Meisiekind ( ) posted Sat, 30 June 2012 at 10:43 AM · edited Fri, 24 January 2025 at 1:02 PM

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that MrsLubner (PK) is serving her last day as Senior Moderator today, June 30th. Although she is leaving the staff body, she will remain a respected member and great friend to us all.

PK - you have always gone beyond the call of duty for especially the Photography Gallery (but also all the other galleries you were responsible for), for individual members and for the Renderosity community as a whole. Your departure to me is very personal as you were also my mentor.

On behalf of myself, the staff and all the members in Photography, we would like to thank you for so many years of devoted service and wish you the very best for a life full of health, happiness and content.

Please don't be a stranger! We would all still like to see you share your awesome art.

I am sorry Pk wont be Senior Moderator anymore, but hope to see her around anyway and I am sure we will be happy with You too. We already are, as a matter of fact. :)

Thank you PK for all the excellent work, you have done the past years. :)

I am saddened to hear this but I'm sure that it will also bring more freedom to her to pursue her own interests and I hope she continues to share them with us. Good future PK!

An incredible loss. You are such a warm and friendly person, I will miss you. May you achieve all the goals you wish for. Maybe a visit to your home town? Call me if you do. I'll even get my shots and cross the Cuyahoga.

I am so sorry to get the news that today is your last day with Renderosity. Your insights when commenting as a moderator on our work are an inspiration.  I will miss you and send my very best wishes.

Oh gosh, PK.  You've done so much for so long ... your shoes will be hard to fill!  I've appreciated all your hard work and your willingness to listen.  You will be sorely missed!

On the other hand ... does this mean we'll get to see more of your art?  I do hope so.  Yours was one of the first galleries I admired when I started here, and that hasn't changed in all these years.  I still think you are one of the most interesting, talented artists on Renderosity.

I am still in a state of shock.

You have always been here. Thank you so much for the help over the last few months.

We will stay in contact, I wish you well with all the changes for the future.

All the best,

Clive

Oh what a message, I needed a bit time to cope it.
PK was always here as a stable beacon, so it felt for me.
Thank you, dear Mrs. Lubner for everything you did for us all.

Of course I wish you much success, as pleasure and satisfaction with everything you undertake, and I am very proud of you.
For I suppose, such a decision will not have been easy for you.

"Go girl"! I'm sure we will continue see your beautiful art!

God bless,
Mies/Jacomina.

Sorry to hear that you're going. You were the first person I talked here at Rendy and you made me feel that I was welcome. Your comments to my first picture gave me much encouragement to keep going. Thank you very much for your support, and look forward to enjoying your art.

This is belated news to me...considering how long it has been since I have been active here because of other obligations and situations.  PK, you were the first to give me good constructive criticism and I have always appreciated that honesty.  You will be missed as a senior member and I do not expect for you to drop out of sight!  If in your area, I would hand you a small bouquet of appreciation.   Thanks so much.  Tom.
