What are the rules with regard to signature banners?  I've searched the TOS and tried various other searches and I can't find anything relevant.

the only rule I know: don't use flash animation that's 800 pix wide, or some users will go ape.  🤣 no, just kidding - it screws up the page display.  however, my advice to users is to disable sigfile display, as they can be annoying.  when it's an user posting links to freebie site, obviously that's different.  then one would enable siigfiles.
