hehehe I know I have already asked for something earlier, but its a real hassle having to unhide all the forums and then hide all the ones you don't want again for the sake of unhiding one forum only. S

And where would we put that option? If you hide it, it doesn't show up on the list. :)

It does still show up on the side bar though. I've gotten back into a couple forums this way. :)

hahahahhaaa... good point Russ... hrmmmm.... it'd take a bit of pointer allocation... but when you access a hidden forum from say... a link tossed at you via IM or in the chat, or.. from teh side bar.. you could have a link towards the top like.. unhide? hrmmmmm... might be too much of a pain 8 ) but.. if not 8 ) CHeers

well actually I was thinking along the same lines as RimRunner, I accessed one of the hidden forums via the side bar, there is a few options on the top of the forum, like Wizzard said, just thought that it could go there, but it probably is too trivial to worry about.

I was thinking maybe if we could just rearrange the forums, to put the ones we use often at the top...

What about this: One "options" page with a full list of all forum names, and checkboxes to turn them on-off. That enables people to turn on a few hidden ones, and it even helps newbies to turn off the majority in one stroke - hiding 20 forums one by one is not much funny, actually.

I agree with Martin. That would be a workable solution. As well as a cool interface to do it in. Perhaps on the same page as your other preferences (Font, Color, etc.)?!?! - James
