Renerosity sent me an email; it is in my account but am unable to access as it is showing up as N/A.

How long does it take?

Hello,

I looked in your account under the "gift certificates" link and seen two gift certificates so I combined them.

You will now see one code in your account under that link.

Well I must be losing my mind.  I do not see any code, just the order number for the gift certificate I received from Nitab on August 31st.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

You will go to Members, My Account, then at the top you will see View: Orders, Item list, etc you will click on the Gift Certs tab and it should show your Certificates there.
