But of course you can install SR3 to a new Poser install to find out if it does, without risking anything. Hard drives are so big these days you could easily have multiple PPro SR versions installed and run them as you need.
I've heard reflections take longer in SR3.

Hi: I just downloaded Poser Pro 2012 SR3 should I install it? I read it breaks the clothroom. Right now I only have SR1 installed. Thanks, Sherrie Grady
