Subject: Poser Pro 2012 SR3 should I install it?

Hi: I just downloaded Poser Pro 2012 SR3 should I install it? I read it breaks the clothroom. Right now I only have SR1 installed. Thanks, Sherrie Grady

I've been using it since the day it was released, and it didn't break the cloth room for me.

I've had absolutely zero issues with SR3

It breaks windforce.   Other than that the cloth simulations are fine.   But it's a known issue and I expect another service release will be forthcoming.

But of course you can install SR3 to a new Poser install to find out if it does, without risking anything. Hard drives are so big these days you could easily have multiple PPro SR versions installed and run them as you need.

Kalypso is correct. Except for windforce everything seems to work fine. At least for me. I just run my sim in pp2010 if I need windforce. It's still installed on my older machine.

I've heard reflections take longer in SR3.

Well. I installed it, so I took the chance. Too bad about windforce, though.
