Hi, I'm back from holiday ! Istanbul/Turkey this time. And as always I recreate what I have seen. Take a look at the bridge and take a look at the freestuff as well. More to come. And if you ever have the time and money go to Istanbul. The city is amazing !! bye Holli

Welcome back, Holli! A wonderful bridge, how did you make it? I'm so culturally-challenged; I didn't know they had stuff like this in Turkey! =:o

The bridge is made with MAX 3.0. I tried to be as accurate as possible, but keep it simple at the same time. The bridge is not designed for close ups but in the distance it works fine. I made some photos and you can easiely find postcards of it everywhere in Istanbul. Here some parameters of the original : Lenght: 1622m , distance of the pylons 1074m widh: 33,4m height above the water 64 meters. Build in 1973

It reminds me of the "Golden Gate" not in Istanbul, but San Francisco. LOL(: Very nice model, I am going to go check out the free stuff now.......Thank you. (: Genny
