Hi all,

I'm still pretty green to the digital art world, please pardon my naiveté.  I'm interested in commissioning a 3D artst to create a look-alike figure for Poser.  I have a reasonable budget and timeframe, but just need to know the best way to go about it.  Any suggestings would be greatly appreciated!
