THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Condo Renderosity - Suggestion for a new kind of challenge

Hello Bryce worshipers.

Mirroring the project Cgsphere, came up with a challenge for lovers of Bryce.

The challenge is pre-mounted in a scene called Condo Renderosity. From there we will complete the construction of a village. Your imagination is the limit, and of course Bryce's ability to manipulate large amounts of objects.

You can add anything that is within the standards of a village. Use the same materials, objects in the scene or original import other without problems and can also change the position of the camera original.

TheBryster, I know that we are launching a competition for Sept / Oct, but it's an idea to be considered. We need innovation Bryce Gallery,'re too slow.

Hugs.

Ok trying to get my head around this.

Sounds like an unending challenge or interactive thing. Perhaps everyone interested could make a building for a village and post the render here?

I don't see Bryce handling the rendering of an entire village though.

Thoughts anyone........................?

The idea is that, abusing the imaginative capacity to add around something already existing. Each user of Bryce, you can create your Own village to serve as a base and then we chose one to participate in the challenge. It would be interesting to see how the imagination would be used to circumvent problems of building extensive scenarios with Bryce.

Something like this, its a illustration by a Japanese artist that works under the name Imperial Boy, a bunch of critters at 4-Chan decided to have a go at it and make a 3d CGI version of this illustration. Everybody working on just a small part of the picture. The got pretty far actually but the current state of the project is a mistery to me.

But it guess that this is to much for Bryce to handle, its just the sheer size of it.

Is there something missing?  Something like what?

And this is how far they got with all the OBJ files assembled, some parts where already textured and then it somehow stopped.
