Subject: Injection Magic failure

Hello

I just bought this program, the INJECTION MAGIC, never needed it before...

So well, I installed it, and got the currect definitions files from Vex for V4, all good.

Now when I try to launch it, I get this error in the image.

I have installed the VisualBasic runtimes it says, and executed it as administrator, all normal... uninstalled and installed again 3 times, everytime the same problem. I asked DAZ, but they don´t know why it is happening.

I am using Win7 64 bits all working ok...

any clues?

Don't tell me that I am wrong if I say I saw pointed ears this morning, in my mirror... they are there.

It looks like a "side by side error", the program requires different version of some library than you have on system.

But in case it's not, try using the V4 definitions from DAZ instead of 3rd party you are using now.

You can request reset of downloads and updated definitions file should appear in account page

I have Win 7-64 bit and it works. I did nothing, maybe I'm just lucky. ^^

But I read in another forum, that you need a file called "MSCOMCLT.OCX". Put this into winsys32 and winsysWOW and Injection Magic should work. You can get the file here:

I do not know last time it was updated but my version of Injection Magic is 1.5

If yours is lower than that, you can update from  DAZ

well I bought it TODAY and the version says 1.0... this is too weird!!!! I will tell them about htis now, thank you!!!!!!!

Injection Magic 1.5?  Are you positive you aren't thinking of Injection Pose Builder?  It is version 1.5, but an entirely different app.  Latest version I have of Injection Magic is 1.1
