Subject: Anyone know how to get rid of the folder/file navigation bar that shows up in Zb

When I first startup Zbrush 4r4 it shows this file/folder navigation window. Is there anyway to permanently get rid of it so it never shows up when I first start Zbrush?

Not permanent. Just close or click the lightbox button in the top (but not very top) left.

Preferences > Lightbox > Open at launch  (orange = On, black = Off)

Thanks Shane... hadn't discovered that yet myself either. Good to know ;-)

I can make it go away but there is no way to get rid of it at launch even if I click the don't start on launch option.

My zbrush 4r4 won't save my custom interface options.

What a stupid fucking piece of shit software. I wish Microsoft would buy Zbrush and fix it right.  zbrush assholes don't know how to design an interface, stupid macintosh fucks.

The only thing I use Zbrush for is the smoothing, I am no way a 3D modeler.

And it shows - the ZBrush interface is extremely easy to use if you bother to put the effort into learning it.  And btw - it's PC software, the Mac port didn't come along for a while.  Oh and I turned on the language advisory for you as well, don't mention it

Zbrush looks like anti-microsoft software.

Hmm I see, so when I make a post with profanity in it, I have to set that in the original post? I'll do that from now on :)

lol right. Which is why it's become an industry standard, leagues ahead of any other software in its class. Designed by artists, for artists. I suppose they forgot to make it moron compatible.

Sounds like a pretty expensive route to go down for a Poser Morph Tool substitute. He he

Zanzo, not just in the first post. In each and every post if there is language, nudity or violence the appropriate flag has to be set.  (those little boxes under the comment box)

ALSO.. if you are quoting language, nudity or violence you also have to set the flag for your post.

Thanks.
