Subject: Name that program :-)

I am looking for a program i was using last year to make "virtual paintings" but cannot remember the name of the program. It paints many different styles, makes photos into VERY realistic paintings. One of the most amazing programs i ever remember trying, but i cannot remember the name LOL. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as it is driving me nuts.

I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not.
