Subject: OT - Turn off right Charm Bar in Win 8

This is not really strictly on topic with Vue but does anyone know how you can avoid getting the Charm bar to the right of the screen when you want to use the Scroll bar in Windows 8?  I am mostly in Desktop mode, and having that dumb Charm bar thingy interfer every time you want to scroll up or down the screen drives me nuts.

But since it involves a registry change, I would strongly recommend anyone using it to first back up the registry.

I am using Start8 soft on my Windows 8 desktop and it has an option to do it so no charms on my desktop

I've read about Start8 & Classic Shell.  I might try them.  The script I downloaded didn't totally eliminate the appearance of the Charm Bar.
