Subject: Hoods on outfits - please can we have up and down options

Hi

There are some outfits that have hoods on them and more seem to be appearing all the time but I'd love it if ALL hooded clothes had 2 options: One with the hood on and one with it down (or off completely in some outfits - although that could be 3 options in that case). :P
