Just a few more views of my new Cylon Raider model.

Now to make some sort of scene with both the raider and the viper.  I'm considering building a Cylon Basestar.

I still have the plastic models of the raider and the viper I made when I was a kid. Bringing back memories. I'm geeking out over here!

Modeling is my favorite part of Carrara.  I've been thinking about this model for a long time.  It came out fine.

Excellent work.  3D Modeling is something that eludes me, in Carrara or any other application.

Analog - my tip re: modelling is import any stonemason model into your carrara workspace and just look at what he's done. I've learned simply by taking these models apart and working out (by trial and error) how I could replicate these structures.

The 1978 Cylon Raider sits 3.

Go and download the Cylon base star in the free stuff to examine my modeling style and see if that helps.
