Hello ok i went in the first time paid, clicked on the link that takes you back into renderosity, went to my account, and the downloads were still not activated it said pending awaiting payment so i clicked the pay now thinking i had not paid, then paid and went into pay pal and saw i had paid twice this happened on my last purchase too. So i really dont know what is happening to be honest i pay using pay pal as i thought it was safer than using my debit card.

Just a note that sometimes there can be a glitch and it doesn't automatically mark the order as paid and all you need to do is contact us and we will confirm the payment and manually mark it as paid rather than going back into paypal thinking it's not paid. If you know you went on to paypal and made the payment then it's probably just the glitch that occurs with paypal not sending the info to our servers that creates the automatic mark as paid so just holler at us and we will get you taken care of:)
