Subject: Stupid, simple request!

Ever get most of the way through a personal project and realize that you're missing something? What's worse, it's a really simple object. Here's what I'm looking for: a simple black cord necklace on which to hang a pendant. Anyone happen to have one they wouldn't mind sharing? Thanks and blessings, WingedElf

I don't think I've seen one around... you might run a search for jewlery in both free stuff and the marketplace. Also, try bbay.com, daz3d.com, or 3dcommune.com. If you can't find one you may have to paint it on with photoshop or some other painting program. Good luck in your search! Jazzmin

Search not only for jewelry and necklaces, but also for primitive or jungle figures/characters. I haven't seen a separate cord necklace, but some of those figures are wearing teeth and skulls around their necks, and you might be able to extract the cord without the danglies. Carolly

If you mean something like this, let me know... I can email it to you, it's just a Poser torus that I morphed with magnets...

Hi, Cin- Yes- that's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I'm not sure why the idea of using magnets never occurred to me- guess I don't work with them often enough to think of them. Blessings, WingedElf

Let me know if you want me to email it... I wasn't sure by your reply if you needed it still or if you were going to try your own with magnets.

Sure- if you don't mind e-mailing it. I'll probably have a go at it anyway, but it'd be really nice to have at least one workable piece. :-) I promise to share the "finished" piece.
