There was a tutorial up some time ago and I don't recall where it is. The basic idea was to duplicate the object, boolean the original and superimpose the duplicate with a wire frame texture. I think the guy used a fuzzy factor on some of the sections of the main object right where it intersects with the wire frame one.
I use Bryce for exhibition designs, amongst other things.Sometimes I want a printout of just the wireframe or a mix of display modes.I do this to draw over the wireframe for instructions for the carpenters etc. Any of the display modes will printout directly from Bryce. At least they do for me ! The display modes will save, however I dont take them into other programs.I will have a look at this question myself.
Thanks! The problem with changing the display mode is that you can't have a higher resolution than what you have on your screen, what happens if you need a resolution good for printing? I used to use max for architectural presentations, and I am chaging to bryce because the quality of the images is amazing (the render time is the only problem, of this software). It is great for reality simulation but I am missing the possiblility of showing meshs for more abstract images... the image the Fog sent is nice but Im not sure how much accurate is the wireframe display in Bryce: I have the feeling that it is not the "real mesh"... I am curious about this tutorial Erico!

Do anyone knows how to create a rendered wireframes, similar to 3dsmax render when you check the "wire" box in the 3dsmax material editor ? I am trying to create some images showing a 3d mesh, and all I can get is transparent or opaque objects....
