its all in the little things arent they well I have the update for bryce 4.0 to 4.1 and I have bryce 4.0 of course the update doesnt recognize bryce 4.0 when I run it.Am I doing something wrong

Have you installed Bryce 4 to another directory? IIRC you can specify where the path to Bryce is if it doesn't recognize it right off. Regards, -Matt
