Subject: Content Paradise problem

At the end of March I purchased Poser 9 from Content Partadise as a result of seeing an advert here at Renderosity.

To date, I have been unable to fully download my purchase, and my attempts to secure the download or a refund from Content Paradise have hit a brick wall.

Has anyone else experienced problems with downloading from this organisation?

I've not had any problems downloading from them, and have always found their support team to be very fast in resolving issues.

Did you contact them through the support page?

I've not had problems in that area either, but I completely agree - contact support - and soon, as the downloads have a limited time unless you paid for extended downloads.

Many thanks to both of you.

I did contact support and they were very unhelpful, just telling me to try the links in my account, whaich I had already tried, and not answering my questions.

I don't know whether or not they monitor the frorums here, but I got an email from the manager of the support department this morning, a few hours after I posted this thread, and the issue is now resolved. Maybe I just got an unhelpful member of staff initially!

Oh, good - glad it's fixed.  I've had some issues with support there before, too - and other times when it's been very good.
